Ingredients:
- Tofu (1 package)
- Garlic (1 whole)
- Olive oil
- Peanut sauce (1/2 cup)
- Thyme
- Rosemary
Directions:
- Turn the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the tofu into small slices (about ½ inch thick).
- Finely chop garlic.
- Lightly coat the surface of the baking pan with olive oil then lay the tofu slices on it.
- Spread peanut sauce evenly on tofu slices (about 1 tbsp per slice).
- Sprinkle chopped garlic, thyme, and rosemary on the peanut sauce coated tofu slices.
- Put the tofu slices in the oven for 20 minutes or until the peanut sauce caramelizes.
